Which Track Fits You
Aspirants planning to sit CSS 2027 need a faster, exam-focused track and should join the CSS Prime Session 2027. Aspirants with more preparation time before CSS 2028 get the full foundation-to-allocation cycle through the CSS Annual Plan 2028. Repeat aspirants from an earlier CSS attempt often fit the Prime Session, since it assumes some existing subject exposure.
CSS Annual Plan 2028: Foundation to Allocation (1.5 Years)
The CSS Annual Plan 2028 runs 1.5 years and covers the full CSS syllabus, from English foundation through final mock exams. Classes begin 9 July and run online as well as on-campus at the New Garden Town campus.
Phase 1 (Months 1–2): English Foundation and Orientation
Phase 1 runs for two months and builds English foundation through 17 core FPSC readings. It also covers world map and Pakistan map orientation, a base most CSS compulsory papers assume aspirants already have.
Phases 2 and 3 (Months 3–8): Full Syllabus Preparation
Phases 2 and 3 span six months and cover the complete CSS syllabus across all compulsory subjects. Daily classes are paired with written tasks and weekly tests, so answer writing improves alongside content coverage.
Phase 4 (Month 9): Structured Revision
Phase 4 runs for one month and focuses on structured revision and exam time management. This phase is where aspirants convert nine months of material into an exam-day strategy.
Phases 5–8 (Until the Exam): Test Series and Mock Exams
From Phase 5 until the CSS 2028 exam, aspirants sit more than 250 topic-wise tests. Half book, full book, and grand mock tests follow, each aligned to FPSC’s marking pattern. Every test carries examiner-style feedback so aspirants see exactly where marks were lost.
CSS Prime Session 2027: Intensive Track
The CSS Prime Session 2027 is an intensive track built for aspirants sitting the CSS 2027 examination. It compresses syllabus coverage, regular assessments, and career counseling into a faster schedule than the Annual Plan. Exact start dates for this cycle are confirmed on inquiry, since Prime Session intake follows its own schedule.
Who Teaches Both Tracks
Faculty across both tracks are drawn from ICEP’s regular CSS and PMS mentoring team. Dr. Asim Akhtar holds a PhD in Islamic Studies with over 20 years of teaching experience in competitive exam preparation. Ma’am Rimsha, who scored 65 marks in the CSS 2024 Essay paper, mentors English Essay writing. Sir Usama Yasin, a PMS qualifier, teaches Current Affairs and Pakistan Affairs. Dr. Waqas Younus, who holds a PhD in Biosciences, covers General Science and Ability. Sir Usama Hashmi, an MPhil in Linguistics and PMS qualifier, teaches English Precis and Composition. Dr. Qaisar Rasheed, a former FPSC paper checker, leads English Foundation across more than 70 lectures. Full faculty qualifications are listed on the Our Faculty page.
Fee Structure and Batch Timings
ICEP offers both tracks across morning, evening, and online schedules. Fee depends on which track an aspirant joins, since the Annual Plan 2028 covers 1.5 years and the Prime Session 2027 runs a shorter, faster schedule. Exact fee figures are confirmed at registration, since batch size and subject choice affect the final number. Aspirants can call or message +92 309 1447989 for the current fee range before enrolling.
