Refund Policy

ICEP CSS Institute does not offer refunds on course fees once a student has enrolled in any program. This applies to the CSS Annual Plan 2027, CSS Prime Session 2026, CSS Weekend Executive, all PMS Preparatory courses, and the IELTS Comprehensive course.

Why ICEP Does Not Offer Refunds

Enrollment reserves a seat in a batch with a fixed class size, and faculty time, study material, and test series access are allocated at the point of registration. This structure applies equally across in-person, online, and weekend formats.

Fee Transfers

A student unable to continue a batch may request a transfer of their fee toward a future batch of the same program, subject to approval by ICEP CSS Institute. Transfer requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not automatic.

Before You Enroll

Prospective students are encouraged to attend a trial class or speak directly with faculty before confirming enrollment, given that fees are non-refundable once paid.
